To start, I developed a project timeline outlining the team members, objectives, activities, stages of the UX process, and deliverables for each week during the sprint. My project managers reviewed it, provided feedback, and updates were communicated as changes were made.

Onboarding was initiated but allowed users to skip for later completion.
Abundant value propositions were provided.
Transparent guidance was consistently offered throughout the experience.
